A return must be requested within 14 days of the ship date. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during the return process. Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.  Items sold in pairs or sets are not eligible for partial exchange or return. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at the current time.
Items past the 14-day return policy, free gifts with purchase, BOGO sale items, or items sold from our Final Few Collection, are ineligible for return or exchange.

Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Period - The Holiday Season starts  November 1st and ends on December 31st. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

Unauthorized Vendors - We do not sell on E-bay or other auction sites nor do we authorize our partners to sell there. Goods purchased there could be black market and not authentic Sleep Sassy product quality.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please use the Returns & Exchanges form to begin the process. Shipping Your Return: Using a reputable carrier, return to Sleep Sassy, 1024 Centerbrooke Lane, Suite F #146, Suffolk VA 23434.  Include a copy of your Packing Slip/Order Number. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We use UPS, and USPS. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, unworn and its original/sellable condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Late or missing refunds 

Processing times vary with credit card companies and banks.  Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Because we want to get your items to you ASAP, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted. If it’s not everything you dreamed or just not the perfect fit, no problem. Simply head to our returns page to start your return or exchange process.

All US orders ship from Virginia.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Weekend and holiday orders ship on Monday or the next business day. This does not include shipping time.

All contiguous USA shipments are a flat rate of $4.99.    We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping times are generally between 6-10 business days.  However, this may vary over busy periods when resources are affected due to COVID, holidays or weather issues.  During these times, shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery times so we will NOT offer expedited delivery.  Mainly due to reliability.

Please note paid shipping charges are non-refundable. We also recommend adding a day to the time UPS indicates that it will deliver.  USPS Priority shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to 14 business days. For time sensitive orders, please place your order as early as possible.  Sleep Sassy is not responsible for lost items once items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Orders that are returned to us due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, will be subject to a $15 service charge. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages not received due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.

Shipping Carriers

Most shipments go out via USPS. Certain shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. 

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.  All orders shipping to Canada are shipped USPS for $14.95.  The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
